Pauline Ehrlich
As a Senior People Business Partner, I am responsible for strategic talent development and for shaping and further developing our P&O processes across both entities. Working closely with our Leadership Team, I act as a trusted sparring partner on all people and organizational matters and actively support change and transformation initiatives.
In addition, I oversee administrative HR topics in Germany, ensuring that our processes are efficient, compliant, and future-oriented. My goal is to build sustainable structures that empower our leaders and foster a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
Fanny Hoffmann
Within People & Culture, I am responsible for talent acquisition, employee experience, and the continuous development of our people and workplace processes. I support leaders and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that our structures are professional, efficient, and employee-centered.
A key focus of my work is attracting and integrating new talent while actively fostering a strong and high-performing company culture. I collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our HR processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and are built for the future.
My goal is to create a work environment that provides clarity, builds trust, and enables sustainable collaboration.
Sharon Rodrigues
As the People and Office Manager in Singapore, I support our local team across HR and administrative matters while helping to attract and retain talent across the Asia region. I enjoy creating a supportive environment where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.
